The owners have a small detached row home in Chillum. With help from a designer they came up with this really cool two tone kitchen. Green Haze and Toasted Rye. Cabinets from Crystal Cabinet Works in Minnesota. Countertop is The Fairbourne Quartz by @cambriasurfaces Backsplash are by @daltile , Succulent Green for the backsplash and the floor tile – Moroccan Concrete in Terra Cotta by @marazzitile_usa. Say goodbye to old paneling walls, popcorn ceilings, and old scary showers. Main room- We first opened up a tiny bathroom to add some legroom. Upgraded all basement walls with new drywall. And in doing so we managed to conceal a very unsightly HVAC duct, and added sleek vinyl plank flooring and a new exterior door. In the bathroom, we used Villa Beaumont Shadow hexagon mosaic for the floors and San Giorgio - Belucia Bianca tiles in herringbone pattern for the shower walls. Paired with @Delta Esato Single-Handle Shower Faucet, @Otey matte black drain, and @Kohler matte black wall-mounted sink and faucet – all from @flooranddecor. And the shower door is by @showerdoorking_dmv of course. Finishing touches include Carrera polished thresholds, a pocket door, and Platinum paint by @Behr. Off-white hex mosaic graces both the shower and bathroom floors. For the vanity, they went with a stylish 24-inch black vanity with a crisp white top. Adding a touch of elegance, both the vanity and shower faucets shine in gold and gold sconces above the vanity and in the shower. Nice touch. Our clients wanted to keep their vanity and toilet but sought a fresh look for their shower, which had been giving them leakage issues. First we removed the double vanity and toilet to make room for the demo process - saying goodbye to the old tile floor and the entire shower. Then reinforced the bathroom with new backer board, ensuring every inch was waterproofed to perfection. For the tile choices: Shower floor: Black hexagon mosaic by Festival from @flooranddecor .
